The main lateral force resisting systems are brace frames that run from the ground floor through the 5th floor. This project is a light industrial platform structure with horizontal and vertical bracing. Vertical bracing consists mostly of HSS braces with knife plate bolted connections. Horizontal bracing is primarily WT along with single angle braces. IDS is working with AFCO\'s steel connection design engineer for detailing the steel. read more...
